AVC Schedule
Welcome to the AVC Scheduler an online tool designed to send reminder emails and documents to patients for their appointments. Once an appoinment is scheduled three emails are sent:
- Confirmation + patient documents sent when the appointment is made.
- Reminder + patient documents sent at 5:30pm two days before the appointment.
- Follow up sent at 8:00am the day after the appointment.
To re-scheduled an appointment please delete and re-enter it for the new date and time - all emails will be re-sent.
